After shopping for a car and putting a deposit on one Anna, Morgan and I had a bit of time to spare before heading back to Wales, so decided to check out some of the clues of the Wildcat geocache.

The Wildcat geocache is one of the most difficult gecoaches in the UK with a difficulty and terrain rating of 5/5. It consists of three virtual caches at which you find the answers to some clues. These answers give you the coordinates of a fourth cache, which you need to hire some specialist equipment to get to. This cache then gives you the coordinates of the wildcat cache itself, which at the moment we know nothing about.

I can't say where we were to find the virtual caches as I don't want to give anything away, but we had managed to work out the locations through some online reserch and had guessed the location of the fourth cache before visiting them, but we spent an hour or so checking out the answers to the clues which confirmed our guess.

Next time we are in the area we will hunt down the fourth cache (if we can hire the specialist equipment needed).
